Under the leadership of the esteemed President, modern industrial infrastructure is being developed in Turkmenistan with consistent investment support. Founded during the Year of Peace and Trust, the plant underwent modernization in 2016 and was equipped with advanced technologies. Today, the facility spans approximately 29 hectares and has the capacity to produce up to 50,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete annually.

The plant includes departments for manufacturing reinforcement steel, expanded clay (keramzit), ceramic bricks, and natural river sand, along with formwork and concrete mixing sections. Over 200 skilled workers are employed here. Equipped with modern machinery from Turkey and Russia, operations are largely managed through digital systems.

According to plant director Atamyrat Weliyev, over 10 types of reinforced concrete products are manufactured here. Additionally, under the slogan “Building for Life,” the factory actively participates in residential construction projects.

Currently, plant workers are constructing four 4-story, 32-apartment residential buildings in the Amul district of Türkmenabat, 26 similar buildings in Balkanabat city of Balkan province, and four 4-story, 24-apartment buildings in Bayramaly city of Mary province.

In the first four months of this year, the plant achieved impressive performance: 8,624 cubic meters of prefabricated reinforced concrete were produced—103.3% of the plan. Additionally, 1,932 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete, 6,331 cubic meters of keramzit, and 11,930 cubic meters of river sand were manufactured, marking a 107.6% growth rate. The total value of production reached 18 million 741 thousand 52 manats.

Quality control is carried out using modern methods under the supervision of Arzuw Yagmurowa in the plant’s laboratory. The consistently high product quality plays a key role in increasing demand. A successful mentorship system is also in place.

Experienced professionals such as Chief Engineer Nuretdin Asadow, steelworker Rozymyrat Esenow, formwork specialist Altybay Beshimow, and truck driver Eminjan Yagmurow mentor young specialists and guide them in their careers. The plant’s workforce expresses heartfelt gratitude to the President for the opportunities created.
