Decree of the President of Turkmenistan
On the Transfer of the Day Off Falling on the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Day of the State Flag of Turkmenistan
To create favorable conditions for the solemn celebration of the Day of the Constitution of Turkmenistan and the Day of the State Flag of Turkmenistan, as well as for the proper rest of the population of our country, and in accordance with Part 2 of Article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
1. The day off on May 18, 2025, shall be transferred to May 19, Monday.
2. All institutions, enterprises, and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, shall ensure the implementation of this Decree.
