Halal Production Contributing to Food Abundance
In the Revival Era of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, significant progress is being achieved in our country under the wise leadership of the esteemed President. The support provided to entrepreneurs and the creation of broad opportunities for private enterprises producing various goods are yielding excellent results. Private entrepreneurship plays an important role in developing all sectors of the economy, producing high-quality goods, and ensuring food abundance. This can be clearly seen in small enterprises producing bread, meat, and dairy products in villages and towns.
In 2024, a resident of Astanababa town in Kerki etrap, the Honored Elder of Turkmenistan, Akmyrat Jumageldiýew, launched a bread and bakery production facility in the town center. Various food products made from locally produced flour are manufactured here in a well-organized manner. Among them are golden round tandoor bread, as well as rich and dry flatbreads.
The contribution of skilled bakers, sisters Akbibidir and Aýgül Nagymowa, to the development of the enterprise is noteworthy. Bread baked with sincerity has become a highly demanded product. Mold-baked bread also wins consumers’ appreciation with its taste.
A dedicated and highly skilled baker, Wepa Durdyýew, works in this section. The golden crust of the bread reflects his professionalism. The work of dough makers Bahar Pirjikowa and Aýsoltan Nagymowa is also worthy of praise.
The shop adjacent to the production facility is always open to customers. Bread and bakery products are delivered fresh and hot. Saleswoman Aýna Öwlýakulowa provides polite and cultured service. Customer flow never stops. Every day, about 1,500 tandoor breads, around 500 molded loaves, as well as rich and dry flatbreads made to order are sold.
