In Saudi Arabia, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Middle East plant, which is intended to serve the Western Asia region.

The project is a partnership between the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Hyundai.

This will be Hyundai’s first factory in the Middle East, and it is expected to begin automobile production in the fourth quarter of 2026. The plant will produce 50,000 vehicles per year, including both internal combustion engine cars and electric vehicles.

According to reports, the fund aims to create job opportunities, introduce new technologies, and continue developing the automotive sector through this cooperation.
