Motorola is preparing a smartphone that could compete with the iPhone 17 Air
The Motorola brand has officially confirmed the upcoming release of a new smartphone called the Moto X70 Air. The device is planned to be launched by the end of October. The first brief promotional images released by the company highlight the new device’s slim and lightweight design, as well as its artificial intelligence capabilities. The images show volume control buttons and a power section on the right side, while the rear panel appears to feature a module with at least two cameras. Motorola has not yet revealed the exact technical specifications of the device.
The thickness of the Moto X70 Air in the images is only 5.6 mm, and it weighs 165 grams, which coincides with the growing interest in the iPhone 17 Air model. Although the exact dimensions of the Moto X70 Air have not been officially announced, the images suggest it will have a similarly slim design as Apple’s new model.
It is also worth noting that recently a Motorola device with the model number XT2533-4 appeared in the database of China’s regulatory body TENAA. According to the data, the device features a 6.72-inch 1.5K LCD display, a processor with a 2.4 GHz clock speed, up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of internal storage, a powerful 7000 mAh battery, a 32 MP front camera, and a main camera module with dual sensors of 50 MP + 8 MP.
It is believed this device may be the Moto X70 Air. There is no official information yet about the price of the new smartphone.
