Construction enterprises play a crucial role in building modern facilities for various purposes. The production of high-quality construction materials is not only a foundation for architecture and engineering but also a key pillar of economic development. Structure and Capabilities

Located in the 2nd industrial zone of Lebap province’s administrative center, Türkmenabat, the enterprise currently employs around 155 skilled workers and specialists. The factory produces a wide range of in-demand construction materials, including multi-hollow floor slabs, road curbstones, concrete columns, blocks, and wall stones. These products are widely used in construction projects across the country.

According to Chief Engineer Agajan Hoçjyyew, the facility is equipped with modern machinery from Germany, Italy, and Turkey, allowing the annual production of up to 50,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete. As of the first seven months of 2025, 12,396 cubic meters have been produced, fulfilling 100.3% of the plan. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 103.5%.

The success is largely thanks to experienced workers, including conveyor operator Rozykuly Huddyýew, measuring equipment operator Atamyrat Ballyýew, welders Arslan Hanow and Öwlýaguly Halikow, formers Şükürulla Aliýew, Remezan Jumaýew, Babamyrat Hojamberdiýew, and crane operator Şöhrat Bakaýew.

Quality Control and Raw Material Supply

The necessary raw materials come from quarries managed by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, as well as the “Demirönümleri” enterprise, “Ýaşlyk” expanded clay factory, and Lebap cement plant. The enterprise also operates a modern laboratory that ensures strict quality control of both raw materials and final products.

Furniture Production – A New Direction

Since 2020, a woodworking and metal product division has been operating on nearly 3 hectares of the factory’s territory. Equipped with advanced machinery, this section produces furniture for offices, kitchens, guest rooms, and more. Wooden and aluminum doors, windows, chairs, and tables are also manufactured.

In the first seven months of 2025, the value of furniture produced reached 571,000 manats, with the production plan successfully completed. All items are made to order, with attention to color, size, and design details per customer request.

Chief Engineer Agajan Hoçjyyew emphasizes that supplying newly built houses with domestically produced furniture is a strong step toward import substitution and a reflection of high product quality. Among the skilled workers, craftsmen Ahmet Saparow and Azat Narkulyýew stand out.

Future Goals

The team of “Reinforced Concrete Products” aims to celebrate the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence and the 30th anniversary of its Neutrality in 2025 with high labor achievements. Their focus on progress and modernization reflects the dynamic development of the country’s construction sector. It also contributes to local production, reduces import dependence, and ensures access to quality materials.
