I sincerely wish you robust health, a long life, and great success in your efforts to further develop our prosperous Homeland, strengthen its economic potential, and improve the living standards of our beloved people. May your comprehensive reforms and your domestic and foreign policy, based on the principles of peace and friendship, always be crowned with success.

Under your leadership, our united nation is confidently advancing toward great achievements along the path of major reforms. As you rightly note, in the Era of Revival of a New Epoch of the Powerful State, all our successes, victories, stability, and prosperity stem from our Independence, which is our source of national pride.
Today, events of national and public significance, destined to be recorded in golden letters in history, are widely unfolding across the Turkmen land. A recent vivid example is the session of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, held with great enthusiasm in our capital, and the historic decisions adopted under your leadership.
Dear Hero Arkadagly Serdar!
Thanks to your successful economic policy, our country is now recognized among the fastest-growing states in the world. Our prosperous era, the grand efforts aimed at improving living conditions, and the social protections in place bring immense pride to our people.
Under the framework of the “National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052” and other strategic plans, the national economy is demonstrating high growth. The construction of new cities and villages continues at an accelerated pace.
The recent opening of a new glass production plant and the new building complex of the State Border Service in Sarahs, with your participation, are clear evidence of our growing economic power and the success of your initiatives for the well-being of the people. The inauguration of modern villages and settlements across the provinces and the renovated “15th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence” Park in the capital, right before the Independence Day celebrations, became a delightful gift for our nation.

Under your leadership, the International Year of Peace and Trust has become a year of prosperity, abundance, social unity, and cohesion for the Turkmen people. Thanks to your continuous efforts, the country is moving confidently along a path of harmonious development.
Across the nation, there is a strong spirit of enthusiasm in anticipation of the 30th anniversary of our Permanent Neutrality, to be celebrated with great labor achievements. Your growing international initiatives aimed at strengthening peace, trust, and regional cooperation, as well as promoting sustainable development, are being actively supported.
Turkmenistan gives great importance to enhancing strategic partnerships with countries and major international organizations — particularly with the United Nations. Your meaningful and insightful speech at the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, held recently in Avaza, and your proposals received broad international support. This once again highlighted our Homeland’s humanitarian, peaceful, and benevolent principles on the world stage.
