National Leader of the Turkmen People Welcomed the President of Kazakhstan

On August 4, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. This was reported in the “Watan” news program.
It was noted that the high-ranking guest was warmly welcomed at the Tnbashi International Airport upon the arrival of his aircraft.
The National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the People's Council of Tururkmekmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, warmly greeted President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and expressed gratitude for accepting the invitation and for participating in this international forum held in Turkmenistan.
President Tokayev emphasized that the decisions to be adopted at the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries would be properly implemented, and said that he considered his participation in this international forum as a sign of high respect.
The distinguished guest thanked the Turkmen side for the warm welcome and wished success to the work of the international conference.
The National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev exchanged kind wishes and expressed confidence that bilateral relations between the two countries would continue to develop in all areas.
