New Achievements of "HER GÜN"

In the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, Turkmenistan is placing great emphasis on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Private entrepreneurs are increasingly contributing to ensuring the country’s food security and expanding the share of domestic products in the internal market. One of these successful entrepreneurs is Alym Joraýew from the Saýat district, whose enterprise under the brand name “Her Gün” (Every Day) holds a leading position in the national food production sector.

The “Her Gün” dairy production unit is fully equipped with modern, fully automated technological systems. Advanced technologies from Turkey and the Netherlands have been implemented, allowing for the processing of 2.5 tons of cow milk per day. The enterprise produces high-quality dairy products such as cream, condensed cream, yogurt, curd, and cheese, which are regularly supplied to domestic markets.

To ensure stable production, a reliable supply chain of raw milk has been established. In addition to milk from large cattle farms, milk is also purchased from private households.

Using local wheat flour, the company produces five types of enriched roasted bread snacks and six types of dried croutons. The facility's capacity allows it to produce over 36,000 packaged food items per day.

The confectionery division of the enterprise is also a high-efficiency production system. More than 20 types of confectionery products are currently made, including a variety of cookies, cakes, dried and sugar-coated pastries, and baked goods — all in high demand.

A team of skilled professionals ensures the high quality of these products. Among them are specialists like Jeren Esenova, Begendik Egemberdiyev, Mehri Mergenova, Arzuw Seyitliyeva, Gulbahar Haytiyeva, Gulzar Rustemova, Aýjahan Rozy Nazarova, and Firyuza Hudaýberdiyeva.

In the past year alone, the enterprise produced over three tons of confectionery, which were distributed to domestic markets. This reflects not only production efficiency but also a strong cooperation with the market.

Led by Alym Joraýew, the “Her Gün” enterprise plays an exemplary role in supporting the country’s economic growth, strengthening food security, and ensuring the supply of high-quality local products to the domestic market.
